Si Suphan is a rural village in Thailand. The village where I grew up, and where my love for cooking was nurtured, and refined.
When I was young, I dreamed of opening a restaurant, and now after fourteen years in Australia, I am opening my third.
My new menu is the culmination of fourteen years of experience in the Australian restaurant industry, and countless recipes refined in the family kitchen between my brother PK, my auntie Shelly and me.
The menu incorporates my favourite dishes from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan as well as some tradional Thai dishes which will be new to many diners.
